3. We believe that the best training, learning, development, and growth happens with on-going and follow up support, feedback, and continuous improvement opportunities.

4. We believe in working as a team.  Most all of our sessions will include more than one facilitator and we consider all participants full team members.

5. We believe in continuous improvement – we are always looking for ideas to improve what we do and how we do our work – we want and need input and feedback from all clients and participants.

6. Truth, trust, and integrity are our core values.  We will treat everyone with respect, courtesy, and professionalism and we expect the same from all of our clients and participants.

7. The foundation and intent of all of our work and interactions is Empowerment.  We affirm that Empowerment is an internal skill and potential for all persons.  We also believe that it is possible to create environments, situations, and opportunities where Empowerment can best be nurtured, enhanced, and developed. 

8. An important element of all of our work is to be aware of the unique perspectives, differences, skills, and gifts that each person brings to our work together.  We will start and end with a statement of recognition and appreciation for the opportunity that we have to learn from each other – so that together – step by step, day by day, empowering ourselves and others, we can make our community, country, and world a better place to live and work.
