This process is intended to guide and support.  It is a customized process for assessment, increasing awareness of current reality, exploring opportunities, making choices and decisions, identifying next steps, creating a plan -- plus establishing support systems and measurements that will create the highest probability for sustainable success.  If you are needing and wanting to get your life and work on-track -- this is for you.  The process includes a combination of work in person, on the phone, via email -- all in accordance with the specific needs and interests of the client.

This is Empowerment Experts’ newest product!  It is focused on creating Excellent Customer Service.  This is for companies that want to work at being the best they can be to serve their Customers.  It is a workshop customized for your industry, your business, your specific setting.  It includes both the workshop element and in-store individualized follow up support coaching.  If you are looking for a way to recognize, reward, or specifically develop one or more of your employees or your whole team, this is a product for you.
